Financial Aid Q&A

online MBA

Terrill Cosgray, executive director, Kelley Direct, and Roy Durnal, IU Office of Student Financial Assistance, recently hosted an online Q&A about financial aid options. Watch the session.

Financial Aid

There are several federal loan options and military benefits available to Kelley Direct students.

Federal Financial Aid

Students interested in federal financial aid must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid and include the federal school code 001809 under “school choices.” You may obtain a pin number to sign the FAFSA electronically, thereby expediting our receipt of the data from the federal processor.

For financial aid and VA purposes, Kelley Direct students are considered full-time when they register for 6 or more hours in a term. They are considered half-time when they register for 3-5 hours in a term.

If you have questions about federal student loans for graduate students, please email kdfinaid@indiana.edu or visit the Office of Student Financial Assistance for additional information.

Students Using Veteran Affairs (VA) Benefits

Veterans Support Services is here to meet the needs of Indiana University students who are veterans, service members, or children or spouses of disabled veterans. Veterans who wish to use their VA benefits to pay their educational expenses should make contact with the Office of the Registrar as soon as possible, as well as review the necessary steps for securing VA benefits. You may contact the Office of the Registrar Veterans Representative at (812) 856-0035.
